Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Exclusions – Hygiene and Electronic Products
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that come into direct contact with the body. This includes, but is not limited to, underwear, oral hygiene products such as toothbrushes or dental products, and other personal care items.
Electronic and Battery-Powered Products
Please note that we are not responsible for damage or malfunctions to products containing batteries or electronic components after use.
We recommend inspecting all products immediately upon delivery to ensure they are functioning properly. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damage, defects, or malfunctions after the product has been used.
