At Ralruta, we do our best to provide smooth and reliable delivery for all of our customers in Australia We believe your shopping experience should be as effortless as your style, which is why we offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

Shipping Area

This shipping policy applies to all orders shipped within Australia

Ralruta currently offers domestic shipping, with plans to expand delivery to selected international destinations in the future.

Processing and Delivery Time

We work hard to ensure that every order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (UTC+01:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

Delivery time: 6–8 business days (Monday–Friday)

Estimated total delivery time: 7–11 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or courier-related delays beyond our control.

Each order is carefully packed and delivered directly to your home or designated delivery location.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping: All domestic orders within Australia  qualify for free standard shipping.

We do not charge any hidden handling or service fees.

You can track your shipment in real time through our order tracking page or directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, such as delays, lost packages, or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ralruta.com.

Our customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue and will do its best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Ralruta is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address details, such as spelling errors, missing apartment numbers, or incomplete delivery information.

If an order is returned to us due an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping charges may apply.

Stolen or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check around the delivery location, including your mailbox, front door, porch, or with neighbors.

Verify the delivery status directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

If the package is still missing after 3 business days, please contact us at info@ralruta.com and we will help you initiate a claim with the carrier.

Please note that once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, Ralruta is unable to issue a refund or replacement unless the carrier’s investigation determines otherwise.

Delivery Delay Disclaimer

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions may cause temporary delays.
